Winter Concert Volunteer Needs

This Friday, we will be having our annual Winter Concert for grades 4-8.  We need your help with a few things to help the concert run smoothly. 

 Please contact Mary Beth Feldman as soon as possible if you can help with any of the following:

  • Set Up at 2 pm at Palmer First Baptist Church.  This involves setting up the chairs in the sanctuary.
  • Clean Up after the concert.  This involves restacking and storing the chairs.
  • Transporting the music stands and about 8-10 chairs back to Birchtree.  Mrs. Keenan will be there to let you in the school and help unload.

This is a great way to earn volunteer hours.
