The APC meeting will be held on February 22, 2017 at 6:00 PM.

You will find the dates and times for our registration listed here along with a check list of items needed to complete your child’s registration.

 Registration check list 2014-2015

July 29th 1PM -4 PM

July 30th 9AM-12PM

July 31st 4 PM- 8 PM

 

Intent to Enroll Forms now available!

Intent to Enroll Forms are now available. If you are interested in having your child(ren) attend Birchtree for the 2014/2015 school year, fill out the Intent to Enroll Form by April 9, 2014 to be included in the lottery.

For more information about upcoming events related to enrollment, please see information for new families.

For current families, please be sure to fill out your Intent to Return Form by April 4th, 2014.

Winter Concert Volunteer Needs

This Friday, we will be having our annual Winter Concert for grades 4-8.  We need your help with a few things to help the concert run smoothly. 

 Please contact Mary Beth Feldman as soon as possible if you can help with any of the following:

  • Set Up at 2 pm at Palmer First Baptist Church.  This involves setting up the chairs in the sanctuary.
  • Clean Up after the concert.  This involves restacking and storing the chairs.
  • Transporting the music stands and about 8-10 chairs back to Birchtree.  Mrs. Keenan will be there to let you in the school and help unload.

This is a great way to earn volunteer hours.
