Our Spring Picture Day is this coming Monday, April 15! Your child has been given an order form with directions for ordering.

Snow Day!

Due to icy road conditions and accumulated snow, Birchtree Charter School will be closed today, Tuesday, April 9, 2013.

Intent to Enroll forms due Friday, April 12!

Intent to Enroll forms allow your child’s name to be entered into the enrollment lottery on April 17.  All Intent to Enroll forms must be completed by this Friday, April 12.  The Intent to Enroll form can be found here.

APC Openings

There remain some seats on the Academic Policy Committee (governing board) that are not filled.  We need some parents to help us out by serving on the APC.  The application can be found here.  Please fill it out and return it to the school office.  Thank you!

Volunteer Opportunity

This Friday night, there will be a meeting concerning submitting a charter for a high school.  Lori Berrigan will be speaking about the charter process.  We are looking for 1-2 adults who can help us with child care during this meeting.  It is a great way to earn some volunteer hours.  Contact Mary Beth Feldman at 745-1831 if you can help us in this manner.
